2.7 Brain Injury Awareness with Paul Bosworth

Season #2

Every 13 seconds in the United States, someone sustains a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) - that's about 2.8 million people in every year. Paul Bosworth's mission is to spread awareness for this silent epidemic that affects so many, yet is not openly talked about because the symptoms aren't visible. On this episode, Paul shares his own journey, as well as how those who may be experiencing TBI symptoms but haven't received a diagnosis can find support and find hope in their circumstance. Harry and Paul discuss the link between brain injury and mental health symptoms, such as PTSD and depression, and strategies to cope and heal.
